Providing Abstinence/Sexual Risk Avoidance information for schools and churches in our community.
Many young people today engage in risky sexual behaviors that can result in unintended health outcomes. These behaviors place young people at risk for HIV infection, other sexually transmitted diseases (STDs), and unintended pregnancy. To reduce sexual risk behaviors and related health problems among youth, schools and other youth-serving organizations can help young people adopt lifelong attitudes and behaviors that support their health and well-being—including behaviors that reduce their risk for HIV, other STDs, and unintended pregnancy.
To help empower young people, Pregnancy Resource Center offers a variety of free Sexual Health Education classes to educate youth about the risks associated with sexual behaviors, and the benefits of abstinence until marriage.
For Middle and High School Public Schools:
Sexual Risk Avoidance Presentations, will equip young people with medically accurate statistics and information to help them understand the risks associated with sexual choices and develop lifelong attitudes that support healthy outcomes. (Click here for detailed course description.)
